"No... you're wrong." Sato held his side in pain, clutching where the force waves had hit him the most. The boy struggled to his feet despite looking like he could fall down at any moment. "We won't lose."

Aikari barked a harsh and booming laugh. "[b]Do you actually think you can defeat me?! I am [i]GOD[/i]! I have transceded mortality! There's literally no way to strike me down![/b]" The demigod sent out another strong shockwave, toppling Sato once again along with all the other teens that had tried to get up with him. A large grinding sound rang out through the air; the end was finally starting.

Yet, Chiaki stood up, this time in unison with several others. While it took longer for some to do so, everyone eventually managed to get off the ground. Aikari threw out another wave of energy while shouting obscenities out them. "Filth!" "Scum!" "Trash!" Everyone but Chiaki and Noboru were sent tumbling again. Visibly surprised, Aikari shot out several more waves at them, but they only winced at the pain, standing their ground. Slowly, Rui stood beside them. Then Sato. Then Kami. Then Leiko. Sachiko, Ayano, Akane, Isamu, Kotori, and even Alexai. Everyone stood together, standing undeterred by the onslaught of energy waves Aikari rapidly fired at them. Noboru smirked, and Chiaki spoke up, jousting a finger at them, causing the waves to simply divert around the friends.

"We [i]can't[/i] lose." She used her free hand to motion towards the entire group before thrusting her finger towards the entity. "[b]Because we're friends.[/b] We will always value our bonds, and we will [b]always[/b] stand with each other." Chiaki let her arms drop and only then did Aikari let out its disturbingly broken laugh once more and lasted for several long moments before calming down.

"[b]DO YOU ACTUALLY THINK SUCH A FRAGILE THING SUCH AS BONDS WILL DEFEAT ME?! THAT'S THE STUPIDEST THING I'VE EVER HEARD?! RIGHT, AKARI?![/b]" The male head contorted in an unnatural way to look at the disgusting remnants of Akari on the entity's body. The half-face tried to smile and laugh in unison with its once-brother, but only a rough gurgling came out. With a fury in his eyes, Aikari returned to attacking them in a violent, sendings wave after wave of pure energy at them, but they all were simply pushed out of the way by some unknown force.

Sato clenched his fists as tight as he could. "OF COURSE WE DON'T! OUR STRENGTH COMES FROM OUR BONDS [i]AND[/i] OUR SHAPELY BUTTS!" He screamed the words as loudly as he could, his voice cracking due to the volume he spoke at. In response to the collective attractiveness and bondship, Noboru's fists began to glow a vibrant white, enveloping the air with a soothing light. The boy began to slowly lift from the ground and hover towards Aikari, whom had started screaming in fear of the power that Noboru now held. He reeled back his arm in preperation for the final blow, and as he did so, Aikari's screams devolved into a primal roar, loud and strong enough to push everyone back a bit. But Noboru didn't falter, and he swung his fist as hard as he could straight into the core of Aikari, piercing straight through the malformed body of the psuedo-god. The rest of the entity quickly broke into shards of glass, shattering when they landed on the floor.

Noboru gently landed moments later and turned towards the crowd of people running towards him. Yet, his vision faded, and before he knew it his own body had began to dissipate into the air.

He was disappearing too quickly.

Right before he left, though, he felt the touch of someone on the last remains of his body. Chiaki, whom had shed a single tear on the palm of Noboru's hand. And he was gone. Just like that. The young girl collapsed to her knees, desperately trying to wipe away the flow of tears coming from her eyes. 

"You never gave me back my towel, you idiot..."
