Giving them increased force and the added effect of potentially stunning/paralyzing enemies. Slamming the ground, she can expel her stored electrical power outwards in a small area surrounding her with explosive force. [b][u]Bow of Diana/Artemis[/u][/b] - Materializing a bow of light, she can fire arrows of lightning to engage enemies from afar. Her lightning arrows having an increased velocity and damage potential when compared to regular arrows. They also have the additional ability to have their flight trajectory controlled and altered after being fired, and can pierce armor. [b]Defensive abilities:[/b] [b][u]Shield of Faith[/u][/b] - Creating a shield of electrical energy, she can briefly defend her and her comrades against incoming attacks for as long as she can manage to keep the shield up. Allies must remain on her side of the shield, however. The shield allowing attacks from her side to pass through. [b]Restorative/Utility abilities:[/b] [b][u]Healing Touch[/u][/b] - Sharing parts of her life force , she can utilize her electrical powers to accelerate and promote healing of wounds and injuries over time. The severity of the injury determines the length of time required to complete the healing and how much of her life force is shared. [b][u]Wings of the Seraph[/u][/b] - Materializing a pair of angelic wings of light, she can levitate off of the ground. Allowing her unparalleled mobility and movement in any direction. She cannot however, fly. If launched into the air, she can maintain a slow descent/hover but that is the limit of her Wings. Though she specializes in holistic/lightning-based spells, she can copy basic elemental spells. Though, that is not her preference.] [/hider] [b]Skills/Talents:[/b] [hider=] [b][u]Fencing/Swordsmanship[/u][/b] - Adept with the blade, she typically aims for vital spots and organs using a thrusting/stabbing style of fighting. If unable to strike an enemy down quickly, she'll attempt to whittle them down. Disarming them however she can or working reduce the opponent's combat effectiveness. Not a purely offensive fighter, she can nimbly evade and counter using parries and ripostes with the grace of a dancer. [b][u]Archery[/u][/b] - Though not as adept as she is with the blade, she has basic archery skills. Not the best marksman in the world, she can generally hit her target most of the time. Be they moving or stationary and only relatively close targets. High speed targets and targets at farther distances being rather difficult for her to track and engage. [b][u]Hand-to-hand combat[/u][/b] - Should she ever find herself disarmed, she is not at a complete disadvantage in combat. Though lacking in physical strength as she specializes in agility and speed, she uses a basic fighting style with simple kicks, punches, elbows, and knees supplemented by a simple understanding of counters. Should she encounter an opponent much larger and physically stronger than her, she can quickly find herself overwhelmed in a prolonged engagement. [b][u]Horse-riding/Mounted combat[/u][/b] - Taught how to handle and ride a horse from a very young age, she can even conduct battle while mounted horse-back. Slashes with this sword typically leave only shallow wounds, though its edge is sharp. Due to its thin size, it's prone to bending and flexing under moderate force. [b][u]Buckler[/u][/b] - A small steel shield on her left forearm used for blocking light attacks and strikes. When using her Shield of Faith ability, she'll typically bring up her left arm using her buckler as a base to project the spell. [b][u]Light Plate Armor[/u][/b] - She wears thin and light, but strong steel plate armor protecting most of her vital spots and joints while allowing her full range of motion and mobility. Unhindering to her agility and speed, if only marginally. [/hider] [b]Biography:[/b] [hider=] Raised from birth to be a proper lady, she tries to not let her noble lineage inflate her ego. Modest and humble, she was trained to be an exceptionally skilled Sorceress and powerful warrior with a true compassion for others and a thirst to serve her country and its people. With a desire to prove herself and bring honor to her family's name, she was born with an ironclad resolve. Having been raised in a loving and nurturing environment, it clearly shows in her daily interactions with others. The Delacroix family being a rather eccentric and odd bunch, her family's order of succession is by competence particularly in general magical/combative skill, ability, and quality of character. Instead of by order of birth, age, or gender. Being the youngest of three, she has two older brothers who were unable to be held to the standard she set. Easily earning herself the title of [i]'Tet de la Croix'[/i] with the eventual passing of her father and mother. The wealthy and powerful Delacroix family has served the King of Pantos for generations, producing and providing powerful magic users from their bloodline to defend the King, his Royal Family, and his kingdom. A strong and unbreakable bond having been forged with the Kingdom of Pantos some time ago ages past. When the King sent a secret missive to gather the most powerful magic users for a reason unknown, she answered the call without hesitation. Her speech punctuated with strange words from her native tongue that makes it difficult for some people to understand her dialect at times. Though it's difficult for some to see past her rather masculine qualities, she still has many feminine traits and can be rather girly at times. Namely she has a particular obsession regarding the upkeep of her appearance. She has a infatuation with anything 'cute' or 'adorable' and will sometimes go off for minutes at a time in a fit should she encounter anything she deems worthy of her adulation and praise. She's also has an insatiable sweet tooth and enjoys treats of all kinds. Her curious love of food extending to anything she hasn't seen or tried before before and she has a willingness to try anything new, no matter how strange or odd it may seem.
