The only real difference between coordinator generations that I can recall is that the third generation was increasingly sterile but I don't think that'll matter in the roleplay. Kira being a first gen coordinator (a coordinator born from natural parents) didn't really mean jack as far as his skills went compared to other coordinators, he was special because he was created in an artificial womb rather than being an embryo that was modified then reinserted into the mother's womb.
