Themerlinhawk - I like the CS for your second character, but your primary needs to be a vamp. We're going to play political games a bit here too, so your elderly human male won't be invited into those scenes. Give me a vamp and feel free to use Mercer as you will.

Phat - put an age to your vamp, give me more on his history and add in the history of his family/clan. Check out the CS structure and the notes I created and make your updates.
