Toma Tanaka - Warakuma Shopping Mall Kotori's answer to his question wasn't anything surprising - he studied plenty, too, so he nodded in understanding. What she added after a short pause however, was more unexpected. "Huh, that's cool," he said approvingly, before the girl turned the question back onto him. "Hm, I kind of split my time between work, studying, and sports," he said thoughtfully. "And I try to fill in the gaps with anything else that can keep me busy." He paused. "I guess I don't like not having anything to do." He followed Kotori through the store, grabbing anything he knew his parents would have liked him to get. He also grabbed plenty of junk food - chips, cookies, instant noodles, soda, and the like - for himself. It was by no means exhaustive, but it'd be enough until his family was settled in. As he paid for his food, he realized that he'd be running out of money soon. Grabbing his bags, he exited the store after Kotori. "I'll have to start looking for a part-time job soon," he said to her, to make conversation. "This is the first time I've been without one in years." Not only would he not have money, but he'd also have to find other things to do to fill his time until he got one. He looked around for moment, and noticed that the two had finished what they had come to do. "Oh, I guess we're done." He looked over at Kotori and smiled at her. "Thanks for everything, Shirohane-san," he said with a small bow, before straightening himself and continuing. "I'll see you at school?"
