A handful of teenage girls go up against giant death aliens from space.... What could possibly go wrong? XD Well if anime has taught me anything everything... Oh well might as well hope for the best.

Personality: 
Tetsuya would be a psychologists dream on a study of contrasts. Most people would know him as he presents himself outwardly - boisterous, warm, caring, protective, and with a touch of fine tuned sarcasm all while being a splendid tactician and soldier. But at the core is a man driven by a revenge who had lost everything and was willing to go extreme lengths to satisfy this desire. Broken spiritually like most that witnessed the destruction that the Nephilims had brought first hand. While at the same time despartly trying to meet expectations and forgot it all while clinging onto the hate that that the creatures had brought to drive him foward. These factors make him a dangerous man to go against a seemingly kind and gentle man who will stop at no line to make the Nephilims pay and is willing to manipulate and sacrifice whoever may be needed for that to occur.

Brief Backstory: 
Tetsuya had a family, friends, a girl he was hoping to marry, and most importantly a sense of safety before the Nephilim landed. Afterwards he was the last alive of his family, his friends were either dead, crippled or had gone insane from the things they had seen, the sense of security he had once known was replaced by the fear of the eldritch and the unknown and the girl he was hoping to have married died in his arms after telling him to not to be afraid. What Tetsuya had know was the all too human feelings of anger and Guilt and the chance for revenge.

That was what the man in the suit had told him, the man that seemingly knew his entire past and the emotions that drove him. That was aware of his impressive record of wins in the war game simulators when he was still an officer in the JSDF. Before all of it happened, before he became sick of the idea of violence at least for a time. He said that SEED was gathering an impressive array of engineers and scientists and that they were going to be making something that would allow humanity to no longer be scared of what was lurking in the dark. Bug that while scientists and engineers could create they needed somebody that could lead and had the motive to do so.

Abilities: 
Fairly smart with an above average though more important than that was his ability to think on instinct to change course quickly if need be. Beside that he is a trained combatant and can hold his own with his fists or a gun though against SEED's foes that really won't help that much. 

Occupation: 
Tactical Commander of the girls. (Kind of like what Misato does in Evangelion) and partly responsible for their combat training and conditioning.
