Regina's R8 LMS rested on the grid as her car began to settle after a warm-up lap. All she could see was the other Forge Motorsports R8, and Mueller's Z4. The Z4 was definitely a big package in a little body, and as a result it must have been a very nimble car. As a result of the weight and length advantage it had over the Audis, Regina and Ryan had capitalize on the straights in order to keep Mueller as far away from their tails in the twists and turns of this track. Luckily, Regina had the luxury of being able to pressure Mueller from her position. So if she had to be behind by the time the first series of corners came around, she was able to pressure him and exploit whatever weaknesses became evident during the corners. As the countdown lights flashed on, she gripped her steering wheel gingerly, revving the engine and preparing herself for the race to commence. Lucas came on the radio, and gave a brief summary of their game plan for this race. The female racer smirked to herself once she heard Ryan's voice over the radio, before zoning back into the road in front of her. The lights turned green, and in a few split seconds the cars lurched forward and the race set on. Sounds of various engines filled the air, and the lights illuminating the track ahead of them gave her a strange warm sensation, but was quickly shrugged off. Regina lined up for the first corner, her R8's lights making the Z4's rear bright as hell as she went through the motions, braking and shifting down gears as necessary. The sound of metal and fiberglass crunching was audible from somewhere behind her, but she could not pay any attention to it, as she had to concentrate on making out of the corner alive and well. Soon enough, the next few corners came over and she stuck to Mueller's behind like glue, applying pressure by shifting from the outside and inside and back outside as necessary. Before long, the more complex corners came up, and Regina could feel quite the strain on her body already, but she ignored it, her peak athletic shape helping her keep her composure. Ryan kept his position in front, but Regina was still stuck in third as they steered through 12 and 13. All she could see was Mueller's Z4, but as long as she didn't see Ryan's R8 anywhere behind Mueller, it was all good from here on out. ((sorry for a shorty, i tried my best))
