Another question: is human the only playable race?

Just asking, is this RP going to be on another website or on here? (Stupid question but just answer it anyway.) Will graphic aids play a big part in this?

And who is the 'player'? Because these character types seem like NPCs to me.

Is this a videogame or something? Voice actors, graphics, soundtrack... not a normal play-by-post RP. Is this actually play-by-post anyway?
