What I meant by that is that he can perform operations with his tools that don't require the specialized equipment of an operating room. I know there's an operating room on the Exeralune (i thought it was standard), but what I was trying to get across is that unless you'd need something that would only be found in an operation room (like a surgical robot, or something that would help install prosthetics).
