I like the future as an idea. There the imagination is not limited in the slightest.
...but then there's one side of me that's screaming "Steampunk!" And that particular side also wishes to follow the side-story of a female engineer called Tabitha who is subject to a lot of sexism in the time because she's, well, female, and uh, an engineer. Just one character among many, many possible ones.
And then there's the complacent side that goes "Whatever the crowd says will go!"
