We have really high people having parties in the street all the time. One time I gave a taco to a homeless dude, and he whips out this briefcase, opens it up, and there are like, twelve rainbow glass bongs in there. He offers me one, but I turned it down, because A, I'm too young for drugs, and B, I don't trust myself to lug something that pretty and fragile down Main Street without tripping (heh) and breaking it.

And yes, spawning, Yuen has an amazing stress handling ability. Don't worry, what would have blinded or drowned a normal person, he'll brush off in a couple hours. Hopefully. Byakko are the strongest and second sturdiest, I'm pretty sure Black Tortoise is the only one heartier.
