Mostly, I think your CS is okay, just some minor details. Your Teigu, rather than being 'Armor' type, would be more an 'Offensive' type. An 'Armor' type covers the whole body, like Incursio and Grand Chariot (Check wiki for the reference). You can put that it is exceptionally durable, though. Also, could you tell me a little more in the backstory as to how she enrolled into the military and what did she thought of it? Or was she scouted for her being a Teigu user, rather than ever joining the military? The capital usually does like so when they find an exceptionally skilled person. Of course, if you want to reveal that in IC, I'd understand. So, two people have their CS's accepted, Winter's is pending, and we've heard nothing much of ImportantNobody, Phobos and Sketcher.
