Head Executioner

The cousin of Valyn and Dionisio, Judicael learned healing from his father's side of the family and grew up intending to become a healer. He achieved his dream at the young age of 35 and for years dedicating his life to saving others. Mysteriously, when he was 51 years old Judicael suddenly quit and instead applied to become an executioner. Everyone was surprised about his career change but Judicael never commented on his decision besides "I wanted to" and he became colder and quieter. The reason was because his lover, Coralie, was murdered and he became determined to rid Wiz of criminals like them in order for his daughter Judiana to grow up in a safe world. He became infamous as the executioner's greatest torturer and he could extract information out of anyone he wanted by brutally inflicting torture on his victims then using his healing magic to restore them to health and repeat the process. 

Judicael was promoted to Head Executioner fifteen years ago and is in charge of all the executioners, but he especially keeps a special eye on the executioner prince.
