Two members of the Apartments were attacked by a Rabisu *vampiric...dog...thing* that was pushed to drastic measures to try and escape a currently unknown threat that seems to have poison powerful enough to kill spirits. They survived thanks to a timely rescue by a bodyguard. Past that, new tenants are getting settled in. As Viridian said, things are just starting to get rolling.
