Exactly. But in seriousness, the quote is from a story about Button Mash, and that was Rarity's advice to Sweetie. Conditional logic statements have this form: If P then Q. P. Thus, Q. P is the antecedent and Q is the consequent. P necessarily implies Q, but if P is false, that doesn't necessarily imply that Q is false, since Q's truth isn't dependent on P, just a natural result.
