Devijka groaned, trying to lift herself up. Her skull wanted to explode, and the simple act of lifting herself halfway to look at the person beside her nearly made her vomit from the pain. "Oh, I'm fine. I just really like lying on concrete." A low groan escaped her lips. "I wasn't strong enough to save him..."

Kijani settled back to watch as the situation caught fire. Whoever this person was that Magneto left in charge, he sure wouldn't be for long. Obviously, he didn't have the slightest clue on how to properly read and control a room. "Kalinda, my goodness... You've been holding that in for a long time, haven't you?" Her voice was actually genuine for once. "I feel sorry for whoever is going to have to battle you. They say it's the quiet ones you gotta watch out for." Her gold eyes flickered to the man in charge. 

"So... what are you, exactly? Some kind of second in command? Because, let me tell you, you're doing a real bang-up job so far. You've got all the charm and charisma of a wet dog."
