Rozalia didn't even flinch as the fire burst and swelled around her shield, hitting it like ocean water would hit a sea wall, not penetrating it in the least. "What are you, dense? This is a shield. Your fire won't get through it, and I've got enough oxygen in here to go swimming for a few hours." She said scathingly, rolling her eyes. She wasn't even feeling the heat, but Caro had still yelped and leapt under the table. God, was it really worth it saving this guy? Not only was a sick bastard responsible for probably hundreds of deaths in the city, he was a complete and utter coward. If this fire guy hadn't been so cocky, she might have been tempted to just hand the guy over and go on her merry way. Instead, she stepped forwards - the shield still stretching behind her to protect Caro against the cruel lick of the fire - and began her attack; lunging forward with her twin blades, which reached through her shields, crackling with blue energy.
