That is, of course, entirely up to you. Hence why I said -most- humanoids will be affected by the powers! However, only one of the three abilities actually take on the requirements of a song - the other two are noises. However, the feeling of basic instinct to move towards someone wouldn't actually trigger an emotion...probably the bit about being very very attractive whilst she sings will trigger it.

I would, however, like it to be a rarer occurrence; after all, we should all try to be affected by each other's abilities to keep it fair, no?
