“No, if you’re on that end you’re on the wrong one.” While she had been gathering up her belongings he had been listening for sound of his people closing in on their location. He could vaguely hear them in the distance- zombie flesh scattering like the pop of firecrackers. The zombies were not their target though in this slow sweep. There was still time for them to get clear of here. “If we are lucky we’ll be able to skirt around them.” Before they stepped out he unfolded a map and smoothed it out against the door. “We are going to try and stick to this general route.” He explained, running his finger down a pre-drawn line. “There’s probably going to be a lot of zombies given the time of day but-” He shrugged his shoulders “just don’t let them bite you, alright? In fact getting out of this airport is going to probably going to be one of the toughest bit. So I propose we do a lap around the runway then jump the fence.” He paused “well, let me know if I’m over thinking this?” He tucked the map away once more and drew the crowbar from his own back pack. “Anything you need to get off your chest before we step out into that?”
