Well, I've had this concept for a Tactician for forever and a half and I've been looking to play it. So here it is.

Hair/appearance: Standing at 5'4", Rachel is a slim girl with raven black hair falling to her waist and emerald green eyes. While small she's respectively strong.

Gender: Female

Personality:
She tends to be a bit of a ditz at times, though she's actually very perceptive. Rachel likes to hear other people's problems and enjoys offering whatever kind of help she can, whether it's as little as merely being supportive or doing whatever she can actually do to help. She's constantly looking after people, whether it's a stern reminder to do their part in camp, or something simple as making enough food for everyone. Overall she's a very understanding and caring person, always encouraging people to better themselves and strive for higher goals.

History:
Daughter of a Ylissean knight and general, Rachel liked to study her books as much as face her father in the training yard, though her ineptitude when it came to horseback riding was a disappointment to her father, she overcame it by learning magic. During the wars Rachel wanted nothing more then to join her father and the army of Ylisse in defending her homeland, however her father forbade it. As such she would leave the capitol as often as she could helping out a relief corp for the places the war had ravaged. After she came of age Rachel joined Ylisse's military following her father's footsteps, so far she's met with a good deal of success. She grew up on heroic tales of Chrom and his Shepherds, as such she longs for nothing more then to join their ranks.
