Personality: An outspoken and happy person with not a lot of social grace, Dante finds he makes a fool of himself far more often than he would like. Either way, he always has fun with it, fighting his way out of any and all of his scrapes. Biography: As a young child Dante didn’t have any aspirations, dreams, or hopes. Growing up in an orphanage can have that effect on a boy. He was left on the doorstep as a baby with nothing but a note that read “Dante”. He would just sit and read all day, books about great warriors and stories of old times. It was there that he found a last name that suited him and made it his own. The name Freever seemed cool to him, so he took it. One day he stumbled upon a book called ‘The history of Shibusen’. This book contained the stories of the DWMA, and the students, from its creation to the time the Kishin Asura was defeated. After reading the wondrous stories of the Meisters and Weapons that held the world in balance, he had decided he wanted to be a Meister. He spent many years practicing his bare hand fighting until the workers of the orphanage gave him a real sword to practice with. An old beaten up katana with some weird letters he didn’t understand on the hilt. Never the less, he loved it. It was by pure luck that he wound up at the academy though, having never been adopted he decided he would go off on his own. He left with a bag full of food, 50 dollars and the clothes on his back, his katana included of course. He stumbled around the world for about 6 months until he passed out in the dead of night and woke up in front of the DWMA. He figured since he was here already he might as well get started. With his hand grasped tightly to his katana he ascended the steps, excited that his dream was coming true. Extras: - No idea of who his family is, but doesn't really care. - Has never had formal combat training. - Not entirely sure how he arrived at the academy. - Improvises pretty much everything. - Willing to do anything to protect a friend.
