Anyone and everyone accepted may now post. The last open slot exists TO "shoehorn" someone in. A team of a Chuunin and a Genin isn't really hurtful to the setting, especially considering that it's two of the roleplay's best 'writers', Durn and Tuuj. As a matter of fact, I just retconned Team Earth to get a smoother transition to Ria, Kino and Jhino. It'll be your job to do whatever you think is necessary for Team Moon, since you were rough earlier. Team Sun has the exact same people, so it should be fine.

The roleplay is completely greenlit. I have adjusted the post from Shin Uzumaki as well explaining in more detail the setup. The chuunin leaders are cell leaders, but still get team names. The jounin teams are squads. 

Lastly, I projected the pool of genin to be around 80 in the very first generation. Konohagakure also has the largest:

Anyway, your notion to get things moving is right. People should begin posting, preferably greeting each other then using Titanpad. There are three IC days before Shin assigns the first task/exercises to Division A, so use that time as you all see fit. I would like to keep everyone up to pace, and there's going to be a point where inactivity (now since no one has the excuse of confusion) will cause reprimand.I may design Division B for the slower posters at a later date, to be fair and redistribute players for whatever plot reasons I can come up with.

Also, Beta, both Shin and Kino made Kirugetsu look like a big man. Stop barking at meeee T.T
