Personality: Otto has a crazy but kind sense of humor. Sometimes, his jokes are hurtful but he doesn't mean it that way. He get's defensive over sore spots but is all very loyal and trustworthy towards his friends. His sarcasm is hilarious and everything about him is comical and funny. He can be serious when he wants to, especially when people threaten things he loves. 

History: Otto was born in the kingdom of Ohk. His family was a simple but successful merchant family that was deeply rooted in the life of a trader. His only sibling, a 19 year old man, was business swavy. Unfortunately for Otto he was not so business swavy, he was never the type to sit still and sell something to someone, he was never really patient enough for that life. Eventually he learned about the world of magic and decided to pursue it. He eventually learned of his air abilities, and decided to be trained. He know is know learning more and more about this magic, gaining a master who could teach him to become a master himself.
