Name: Eyrie Goldmoon Gender: Female Age: 26 Magic User Type: Enchantress Appearance: Eyrie Goldmoon Personality: Eyrie is rather guarded and stoic, normally not associating with others unless she knows them. She is rather mistrustful of most people and has a tough exterior, tending to be straight forward and a bit harsh even. However, if she grows to know someone she will begin to soften towards them, giving them advice and being generally helpful. Her loyalty is not given easily, nor her friendship, but if earned she is fiercely protective of her friends. She tends to be a bit judgmental of others, and she also tends to speak her mind when addressed but keeps her opinions to herself otherwise, unless she believes they need to be voiced. She is very moral, unwilling to participate in most dubious dealings and tasks or to hurt innocent people, but she also doesn't tend to go out of her way to help others, believing that people have to make their own way in the world. She has forged a tough countenance and exterior to hide her inner turmoil and certain self doubts. Powers: Eyrie is a highly enchantress whose specialty is creating enchanted jewelry, trinkets and objects that are made with glass, metal, or both. She is quite inventive, creating and forging many useful objects with even more useful enchantments. She prides herself on creating enchanted objects that are useful or imaginative, though she also creates toys with simple enchantments that cause them to move or whatnot. She is well known to create some of the most powerful enchantments in the kingdom and is considered a prodigy in that area. She is not very skilled with illusions, however. Most of her attempts at creating them do not last long and are rarely anything more than visual illusions. Skills/Talents: She is a master craftsman, devoting her time to creating simple jewelry and other metal and glass objects. She also is fairly good with long knives, which she dual wields in close combat. In addition, she is quite skilled with throwing daggers, able to throw them with extreme accuracy up to 20 feet away, and with a relative likelihood to connect with her target at up to 30 feet. She has a keen eye for detail and intricate patterns and is knowledgeable about many kinds of craftsmen from ages past. She can look at a weapon or piece of armor and tell much about who forged it and what or who it was made for. Equipment/Weapons: She carries with her a set of six throwing daggers and two long knives, as well as an enchanted spyglass that is able to see a person's true nature as an aura of varying colors. The spyglass was one of her finest creations, made from silver and iron. She keeps it strapped to her thigh most of the time, and will not let it out of her sight. She also has a silver ring that she wears on her right hand with a decent protection enchantment that protects her from any cuts made with slashing weapons like swords and axes. Bio: Eyrie was born to a respected weapon and armor smith who was also an enchanter and his wife. His skill with enchanting was not as good as his skill with forging armor and weapons. He is well known as one of the best weapon smiths in the land, having created armor and weapons for many lords, nobles and knights and even a ceremonial sword for the king himself. However, his enchantments were never very good. From a young age, Eyrie always admired the work her father did and planned on taking up the forging of armor and weapons herself, but she found that her own attributes were not suited for it. She found that her skills were the inverse of her father's, excelling at enchantments, but poor in crafting armor and weapons. She earned much pity from her father and other smiths and she took it very hard herself, hating the pity. She decided to make a name for herself and prove herself a true craftsman and outshine the smiths with her skill and the power of her enchantments. Since then she's devoted her life to creating wondrous enchantments and objects, from toys and trinkets to jewelry. She eventually reconciled with her father, but she maintains a stern dislike for most other smiths.
