tall at 6 foot with midnight black hair and jade green eyes, his skin a dark caramel and while he doesn't seem like much in terms of physic seeing as how he looks kind of skinny without his cloths on however he has a lean build meant for running and jumping from place to place if he needed to escape.

Bio: his parents were originally Puerto Ricans but Angelo was born in merry old London and his life was pretty bland and boring he struggled to survive with his family in poverty and Angelo was sick of it. Angelo would see people wearing expensive cloths and jewels while Angelo was wearing old cloths and shoes. Angelo decided that he needed to find a way out of poverty so he practiced by himself on sneaking around and sticking to the shadows. Angelo then started to pickpocket people getting a few good dollars and maybe a jewel or two but it wasn't enough to get out of his impoverished life so Angelo started to fall in with a bad crowd and do bigger jobs, Angelo and his group would start stealing from jewelry stores. Sometimes they were successful others times no but they never got caught Angelo wanted more and couldn't stop until he was rich and happy so they kept going bigger and bigger and along the way Angelo was able to find what he believed were his best weapons he could use, a thief's best friend. When it got close to his big score he had earned a pair of spiked gauntlets allowing Angelo to climb just about anywhere and a blade chain called a daggertail allowing him to swing large distances then they got cocky and decided that their one last score would be the very jewels of England the queens jewels to be exact and while the job went off great in the beginning their problem was that they were cornered by the palace guard and while the others simply submitted Angelo went on a killing rampage killing around 30 armed guards with his gauntlets at close range and his daggertail in long range. 

Even with Angelo's skill he still got taken down when someone from the Cerberus corps had to step in and made Angelo look like an amateur taking him down in seconds. Angelo was going to be scheduled for public execution but the queen came in to see Angelo and offer him the choice considering how hard it was to bring Angelo down they must have been impressed cause they offered them the chance to not die and instead serve the crown, Angelo accepted as long as he got to keep his weapons and his family was taken care of. The queen agreed and made sure Angelo family was living in a home with social security so Angelo was fine but she did warn him that not following orders would result in his immediate death and Angelo simply smiled "im already dead aren't I?" Angelo asked and afterward he joined the black dogs and never looked back...

Personality: a fun loving thief that wants the finer things in life. He hates it when people flaunt how much better they are then someone else simply because they got cash to blow, Angelo can be serious when he wants to be but its not often since he thinks he is living the life he was meant to and is enjoying it compared to his past. While Angelo may be on constant watch it doesn't mean he doesn't enjoy the occasional pick pocket for some cash to spend but he never goes any farther then that so it wasn't considered a strike against him it was simply an old habit dying hard. 

Skills: self trained he was able to learn on the go as it were. Angelo learned how to pick pocket and sneak around in the dark when needed. As he got his gauntlets Angelo learned how to climb walls and with his daggertail Angelo learned how to jump distances and use it to extend his jump much like an aid to parkour abilities. Angelo learned how to fist fight with the best of them and with his gauntlets he can even pierce light and medium armor, only the heaviest of armors can keep his gauntlets from piercing them and when paired with his daggertail in combat Angelo is able to keep enemies at a distance or grab them to bring them in for close combat. When sneaking Angelo would use his daggertail to choke his enemies to death and if he so chooses to simply slit their throats by bringing the chain across their throats.

Other Information: he always wears his gauntlets wherever he goes, literally. Angelo has worn them so often and for so long they feel so natural and to take them off would be like ripping off his own arms
