Gwen put a hand to each temple and massaged them, her eyes closing. The Angels existed and so do demons. How does this work! They choose to leave us behind and end contact with us because we were below them!? Gwen felt a streak of hot anger flow through her. Her mother had died believing and would never be one of them and her father too. These so called Angels, they were horrible creatures, believing they were above them if what he said is true, they deserved no worship! Her eyes flashed open, her anger showing only in her eyes. “So you want me to help you fit in to our society and create a new world built on harmony between our worlds.”A grin stretched on her lips, then laughter, loud and happy. She held her side tightly leaning down a bit. Once she caught her breathe she nodded. “Okay, I will help you, but I will want something in return right now. If you refuse to give it to me then we can’t do business.” She smiled, her eyes staring directly into his eyes. “I have a plan and you have to follow it to the letter, if you make a mistake, you will make it on your own. Now, to start, you have to change your appearance to that of a human, if you can accomplish this. Then we can begin with the next step, you have to pose as someone else important, at least to me. Seeing as the police will ask who you are…” Taking a step back she remembered the man in her vision and smirked, “You can pull that off.” She walked towards him poking and prodding him, his muscles and his arms. She put a hand to his wings, they flexed instinctively and it fascinated her. Standing in front of him she looked at his face, his features were handsome, and his eyes. Gwen bit her lip and turned from him putting a hand to her chin in thought. “You can be my lover,” She said spinning around and looking at him. “The perfect cover, and the perfect reason for you to be here however, if they ask your name, it cannot be your true name. Your name is Roman Woodland. You are my lover and we can discuss this further after we get to the police.” She looked around the room for her bag. It was underneath a pile of ash and a coat. She shivered, dusted it off and opened it and found her car keys.
