Force Stealth has two real uses: One to completely remove your presence in the force. You can't be sensed, you can be right on front of the most powerful Jedi in the galaxy but trying to sense you nothing will be there. That's only suspicious in some situations: I.E. You'd have to avoid the Miraluka as you'd talk but he wouldn't be able to see you. The other variant hides what side you lean towards, Jedi, SIth and Jedi are each tainted by a specific aura, you basically remove that and just seem like a regular joe using that. Of course you'd have to keep up a certain level of concentration when around Jedi to keep yourself hidden.
