I know it's been a rough few weeks, specially now that winter is approaching and we are unprepared for the cold. Please share what you can with those that are less able to combat the cold. Mittens, heavy coats, whatever you may spare. 

Our priority remains the defense of our civilian supporters. Protect the women and children, the federalist soldiers are given strict commands to kill anyone siding with the rebels. We can't afford their innocent lives lost for supporting our cause. 

Use the old abandoned storm shelters to hide the unarmed, ration food and water, we need to get through this winter on our feets. There is a weapons shipment that we should be expecting from the south, some mercenaries are being paid generously to smuggle us much needed firearms and rifles. 

There are rumors in the ranks that we are going to get our hands on some 67-RT multi-terrain tanks, being the captain of this region's regiment I deny such rumors. We do hope though we could get our hands on some heavy artillery.
