Since speaking only seemed to bother Viral, and make him even more paranoid Yumi opted to keep quiet for the duration of their walk. It worried her a little in doing so, leaving Viral with his thoughts like that. She couldn't possibly know what was going through his mind and couldn't keep from worrying that it might be negative, especially given what had just happened. The biggest reason she'd wanted to keep talking was to prevent the Beastman from slipping into a slump, but she wouldn't force him to talk. Come to think of it there wasn't an awful lot for them to discuss at the moment anyways, whatever was being said was simple rambling and not much more. She might try to reminisce or bring up more positive memories just to keep Viral's mood up but normally when she tried that it was just met with a whole lot of negativity. Sigh... Whatever had made him relax should really try now making him happy, but not too happy because that would be weird. Letting out a faint sigh she began to notice someone staring at her, figuring it was Viral since they were otherwise alone. Glancing over her shoulder curiously she raised an eyebrow, folding her hands behind her back. "What is it? Do I have something on my back?" she asked jokingly with a smile, "Or do you not want me to be quiet now?" "You're telling me you have a secret den too...?" Takeshi asked, giving Shu a perplexed look, "Where? There's nowhere in our room you could hide or make a fort or anything. Or are you just imagining you have a den?" Odd little guy, who knew what he did when the older boy wasn't around. It was rare but there were periods when Shu was left alone for a bit and goodness knows what he did in that time. Though normally he wouldn't pay this a second thought it sort of worked to what he was thinking about before with the forts. "Hey Shu... How about you show me this little den next time we've got some free time? i want to see it." Who knows what he was referring to as a den, probably hiding in the closet or something. The more they went along the more bothersome Takeshi was finding the sack of fruit to be. In a bit of hindsight he really shouldn't have used something made of cloth for fruit, juices were now leaking a bit and making the case damp, and more annoyingly sticking to his back as a result. Scowling at the annoyance he adjusted the bag, nearly dragging it along now as he held it at his side instead. Who in the world was hiccuping? Taking a glance behind him he managed to just catch Shu bounce a bit with a hiccup, making Takeshi snicker under his breath as he tried to hide it. "Yeah, it might scare him, good point. Alright then, in that case we'll just look around until we find him, no big deal." Storage, storage. Nope, none of these were storage. There were utility rooms, supply rooms and a few housing areas but no storage room thus far. "Stupid ships... I never got why they don't have maps..." Haku grumbled, scuffing his shoe along the linoleum floor in annoyance. Honestly, how hard could it be to find this one room when he had been there before. It would be easier if the damn ship wasn't so same-y too, every inch of the corridors looked practically the same. They really needed to put something in these to help you find your way, either that or he just had to spend more time wandering around to remember the layout. Hm, finding T'charrl wouldn't be such a chore if he had energy to trace like a normal Saiyan. The alien had energy alright but it wasn't Ki, at least not wholly Ki. Haku swore when they spared he had felt some from the Kaesstrian but it was way too little to be all of his energy. These Princes made some weird friends alright, Beastmen and some alien bug person. Even the King's military didn't have such weirdos, but that was probably due to the whole 'Saiyan supremacy' ideal he tried shoving down everyone's throats.
