A lot of the territories are being contested. People think the Ebon Stykers are taking territory because they're highly active, but as you can imagine, the truth is a bit more complicated. It's like of like a game of "King of the Hill"; sometimes the Ebon Strykers can hold it, sometimes they can't. The fact that four of the guilds just lost leadership and that the Ebon Strykers just came out of hiding has really put people off their game. But no, it's more accurate to just say that the Ebon Stykers are being really, really aggressive right now and are actively [b]trying[/b] to take over territories. Whether they succeed or not, depends on how you all play things out.
