Age: 32 Place of Birth: Baghdad, Iraq Family: Most of them are dead. Those that are alive have disowned him. Relationship Status: Is currently in a relationship with his 'roommate'. Would prefer if this information stayed between the two of them. Occupation: Has since quit his 'legal job' as a gas station attendant and became a full time weapons dealer. Personality: Isam is a cool, collected, and mostly level headed guy. He's reserved, intelligent, and calm under pressure. Not much can catch the Iraqi off guard. Isam is slow to anger, and meets any insults to his race or person with calm and collected retort. While English is not his first language, he seems to know his way around it well enough. Isam can strike up deals and offers better than a used car salesman. Extra: An ex-soldier, has been trained in combat. Is also a recovering alcoholic. Appearance: Isam is 5'6" and muscular. His hair is black, curly, and shoulder length. It is often unbrushed and unruly, sometimes worn back in a ponytail. He often sports facial hair. His skin is a medium brown, and his eyes are dark brown. Isam's body bares extensive scarring, most of it from his years in the war. His fashion choices are hardly that; Isam is a utilitarian by nature. He wears cargo pants, earth tone t-shirts and tank tops, and combat boots almost every day of his life. His family lived in the ghettos of Baghdad, plagued with violence and gang activity. Isam learned the true nature of people in those squalors: dark, greedy, and cruel. He learned that a man dying in the streets should not be helped. That anyone begging for money will only use it for drugs. That if he didn't keep his head down and nose out of other people's business, he was liable to end up dead. When the war began, things only got worse. Isam went off to fight, leaving his family with the promises of becoming a better man, and helping the cause of his country even if it cost him his life. He left his home a patriot, but he returned a criminal. Isam found that even in the military, gangs ruled. For a few years, he stayed out of it. He minded his own business and kept to himself. What people did under the table was no concern to him. Then he walked in on a shady deal in the making. He found a couple of soldiers from his own platoon meeting with people who most certainly were not military. They were selling weapons to gang members, hoping to get some extra money in their pockets. Of course, they couldn't just let Isam walk away after witnessing this; he was a liability. Under the threat of death, Isam swore not only to keep these deals a secret, but to take part in them. At first, he didn't like it, but after a few payments, the feel of money in his pocket made up for it. By the time he came home from the war, he had connections to several of the larger gangs of his country. He kept these connections up until he went on a second tour, when he was eventually found out and dismissed from the armed forces. His kind of behavior was not dealt with lightly, and had he stuck around to face the consequences, Isam would likely be dead. He chose, however, to run. Isam severed his connections with weapon dealers and left the country. With the war still raging in the middle east, he felt as though he no longer had any reason to stay. So Isam gathered his money and began looking at his options. When it came down to it, Ireland seemed like the best place to go. It looked nice on the postcard, and how bad could it be? Isam packed what little personal belongings he owned and flew off to Dublin. He told himself that he would start a new life here; a clean life. That, however, did not last long. The violence that he had grown so used to was still in his blood. He found himself unable to sit in his apartment and watch TV like a normal person. He began to frequent bars, getting into fights and spending several nights in the county prisons. This was life for the man for about a year before he began keeping tabs on the city's biggest gang: the Black Doves. He spent many nights pacing the floor of his apartment, mulling through his thoughts until he finally decided to get back into the business. So Isam cleaned up his act and made first contact a few months ago. He reconnected a few of his contacts from the middle east, who happened to have a few hands in Europe. After making a few deals with the weapon smugglers, he managed to get his business up and going again. Occupation: Underground fighting. His manager is in the Black Dove gang. Personality: For a man who makes a living off of caving people's faces in, Milosh is gentle at heart. He likes people, despite their flaws. He speaks with a surprisingly soft voice, often one of reason, and is never quick to anger. He's very task oriented, determined, and hard working. However, despite his motivation, Milosh still has many flaws. His education is his biggest. Having never received a proper schooling, Milosh is almost completely illiterate, a fact that he's very ashamed of. With a lot of spare time spend resting in bed, healing up from fights, he's been slowly correcting this. Isam is usually happy to help him, but often times Milosh is too embarrassed to ask. Extra: Speaks bits and pieces of several different languages, including Romanian. Has memorized the places of almost all human pressure points, soft spots, and has a knack for picking up on people's personal weak points. Appearance: Milosh stands at 5'10" with a well developed muscle build. While not huge, he can put his weight to good use. Milosh is very athletic and light on his feet. He often incorporates acrobatics into his fighting, which usually goes over well as far as the show is concerned. Milosh is a Romani mutt, his skin a light brown and his eyes hazel. He has short, dark brown hair and light facial hair. History: Milosh grew up a poor Romani boy. His family was one of the few remaining traditional tribes, traveling and selling goods for a living. Milosh was born in Romania, where he spent much of his boyhood until his caravan was arrested and deported. The Romanian people, like much of Europe, did not have a very kind view on gypsies. Milosh's family eventually decided to settle down, leaving the caravan for the good of their children. They settles in a small town England, where they sold used cars for a living. His family remained poor, their children still not receiving a proper education. Milosh, wanting nothing but to help his parents pay the bills, decided to get involved in the underground fighting circuit. Growing up a Roma, Milosh had often found himself fighting for self defense. He was good at it, so why not make money off of it? He moved away to a bigger city, telling his parents that he'd found a job offer. After finding a manager, Milosh moved all over Europe, following the fights. He eventually settled in Dublin, where the circuit is steady enough to keep him busy. He still sends money back to his family, promising himself that one day, he'll find a real job and make them proud.
