Peeta's birthday? It might be better a few days before. I bet Effie would want to throw a big party and invite everyone. Prim is say 16? Katniss would be let's say 18? Gale maybe 18 with Peeta turning 19? Does that sound right? Yeah Prim will need to make a stand on her own and Katniss might get offended since Katniss did sacrifice herself for Prim, pretty much. But Katniss, I don't think would bring it up to spite Prim in a fight...Gale does have a passionate temper but I don't think he'd wanna fight with Prim much, if at all. Let's just hope Katniss and Haymitch get better at apologies or being less porcupine-y.
