Yes i do remember that one. 
Personally, I liked it, but I feel the EM Wave Change works a little better, has stronger world wide usage, and there's the fact that they could easily interact with non program things like cars and stuff, by switching their frequency, or whatever it is they did XD

Thanks though. That could also tie into the scientists study of the EM Wave Change later on in the story.
