Alright I'm gonna have to stop you right here. 
I don't care if you wanna be a shorty. But that whole ten times blood things. 
It doesn't work necessarily. 
Different people of different sizes produce different amounts of blood to my knowledge. 
Even if that's wrong another point I have to bring up. 
You're character is bad at Ninjutsu. 
By Naruto Standards, the blood thing would BE a ninjutsu. 
I'm pretty sure there aren't any characters with random super powers that have NO connection to jutsu or chakra. 
The Jutsu are fine, but Dynamic entry isn't really a jutsu so don't count it. It only serves to confuse people (like me) as it appears you have more than the number of jutsu I stated a Genin should have.
