I though Katniss might be red cause of the whole girl on fire thing but that is a bit tired, she might insist on something black, which I did consider. I figure I'd put Gale in navy blue, some nice dress pants and all that jazz, though I assume Finnick is showing up shirtless despite it being formal. Prim would look good in gold through, I think it might be better than red.
