Reading through Adrian's bio, and I gotta say I'm impressed with his character. He seems to have been through almost the same ordeal as Jocelyn, and him having werewolf blood is rather interesting as well, though there are some issues. As Arthanus said, and this was agreed on, any hunters in Hieledran would have already been inducted into the Blackguard by the Church during the Hellspawn uprising so that would be a no on any freelance hunters in the Theocracy. True, I could see during the period of Adrian's life where he is retired from monster hunting that he could've settled down in Hieledran with his wife, after maybe a period of traveling the world alongside his mentor, but even then the Church would probably find out about his past hunting legacy and send Reapers to [i]persuade[/i] Adrian to leave retirement and join the Blackguard. Plus Arthanus is right that Adrian's character could also fit anywhere else. Vampires and werewolves are mainly more prominent in Hieledran, true, but they are also scattered across the world as well, maybe just in a few sparse numbers as compared to Hieledran. It all depends on what Arthanus thinks. If you do want your character to have been born in Hieledran as a hunter, then i would say that Jarik would have to have been part of the Blackguard and yes Adrian would have to have joined as well. But if it were the previous as I mentioned of him just settling into Hieledran, then I could maybe see your character's bio as plausible, but then again Hieledran is isolated, so he would need a good reason to be granted access into the country.

As for the part of Adrian having werewolf blood, yes if the Blackguard ever discovered this, then he would be put to death. I would figure that if Adrian didn't display any warning signs that he was infected with lycanthropy (IE: even if Adrian could suppress his ability to change, attributes such as an enhanced physique and lifting 300 pounds like it was merely a feather would in fact be dead giveaways to skilled hunters, especially Jocelyn. Plus I don't see enhanced strength having anything to do with stealth, since stealth is more based on speed and silence rather than brute force.) then there wouldn't be any consequences for him. Plus Jocelyn would not aid him in any way if he discovered his secret. She would be more inclined to kill him on the spot, mainly because yes she is a devoted Reaper of Blackguard, but also because of her violent hatred towards werewolves for killing her father. All in all, I don't see much wrong with your character, but I do think a few things could be changed. I'll just leave that up to you and Arthanus though to discuss, since this is his RP and I don't want to be overstepping any boundaries.

Also on a quick note, I'm alright with any sort of flintlock weapons being part of Hieledran's weaponry, but I would kinda prefer if they were sparsely used. Again, not my decision to make, but just a suggestion.

EDIT: Actually, I'm deciding just to keep Jocelyn as a human, since what I wrote about her just seemed vaguely implausible and I don't want to perturb the GM by adding another mixed breed character.
