Well, at first I was an idiot who thought form 1 was the other way around where the 'human' was the unaging doll that was guided by a ghostly spirit. Then I was trying to think up something for each form and eventually settled on form 2. I was going to go for a crossbow at first but thought that the arm would be a bit more clever. I was going to do something with Loki when...
Loki is cool, though gods aren't really what we're looking for. But I can help you out here, since Loki fits into my character's story as well. Loki is actually the father of a lot of antagonistic creatures and figures within Norse mythos, Fenrir, and Jormungand, just to name two. If you look further into those stories you'll find each of these children are literally the arch-enemies of the three great Norse Gods. Read into those.
From this, I thought that Fenrir or Jörmungandr were options. Having a serpent aspect (and after reading the mythology and stuff) felt like it made more sense with what I was intending on doing with the arm, though being 'evil' never really occurred to me >_< And here we are. :x
