Kage Nui is a Ninjutsu technique developed by the Nara clan. To perform the technique Shikamaru will first form the needed handseal to extend his shadow. Chiro will then change the handseal to cause the shadow to emerge from the ground in tendrils. The tendrils can extend and whip about and are strong enough to pierce nearby targets.

Personality:Chiro is a ninja of very few words. He prefers to emote using gesture and grunts as this hides his location. He takes being a ninja very seriously and will always do whatever it takes to protect the ninja way. He has a tendency to be somewhat sarcastic towards those who are less knowledgable than him. 

History: A member of the Nara clan, Chiro's goal from an early age was to become a perfect ninja. At a young age Souichiro understood the importance of information to a ninja. In order to become the most efficient ninja he could Chiro locked himself off from all outward forms of expression and trains himself to be the perfect artist of stealth.
