Alright well, we're not adding in another character slot just because of one person. We'd need to add in more to create and entire other team, and that isn't happening. So unless one of you wants to be our Jonin, bye I guess.

Also, DiamondBlizzard, just want to confirm, all those high level jutsu from the gloves and the sword and stuff are things you'll learn later right? Because if not, you're gonna have to tone them down big time. He is a Genin fresh out of the academy after all. Unless you want change to our Jonin in which case, go crazy.
