As he reaches for his gauntlet, a hand grips Teo's wrist, with enough force it's obvious even with his powerful armor, the strength could snap his wrist like a twig.

Any of them with a truly deep sight may see a speck of light in the flood of darkness...but it's very well hidden. To anyone else...well, it's a dude in a black robe, some dried blood staining the robes. "I mean, why would we want to miss this delightful party?" The man asks, his face hidden by the robes.
