My family and friends know I roleplay. Most of them just see it as a "writer thing" so don't really think much about it.
I don't hide it, but I don't like it when I'm roleplaying and suddenly a family member/friend sneaks up behind me and start saying things like "Ooo let me read what you're writing"

I got one of my friends to start roleplaying here; but she used to get tensed up over every little thing so she decided to stop.
