2. Log onto Deep Ground and search for the Masked Man/fight some Dissolutions.

3. Stay in the real world and mess with your Student President.

Jump height is at least enough to launch over buildings. Running speed would be twice the speed of regular humans without Perks/Specs/Abilities, I suppose. Technically speaking, Player Avatars are generally twice as better physically than their human counterparts without factoring the other stuff in.
