Bolt is dead. Naruto is dead. Hinata is really old. Sasuke is really old. Sakura... Meh... Really old (Probably looking kinda young cause tsunade jutsu...) Sarada is alive and doing well. Kakashi and the rest of his generation are either decrepit or dead. Right now I'm not sure if anyone else will be dead or old. 

Nagato Uzumaki (My character) Is the son of Bolt and Sarada, grandson to Naruto, Hinata, Sasuke, and Sakura. 
So yeah... 

You can make an antagonist later on, but you should discuss it with Red and I prior. 
I don't want to limit the ninja tools as different characters are likely to carry and use different amounts and different weapons altogether.
