I'm going to revive Neji, Itachi, Pein, Naruto, etc.

I'll develop that character as well. Kurai Arashi (Dark Storm) can start out as a jonin and turn. He's a hemophilliac sadist, based off of Vega. That or I might make him a missing-nin with some sort extremist vigilante agenda.
