Ah, yes, Antaeus would be ineligible, sadly.

Limits on strength...well, there aren't too many limits for balancing's sake, if you follow the mechanics. I'll write up a banlist and add it to the OP. Gil of course is going to be banned, but most bans will be around because of ineligibility rather than balancing.
