Ugh, so much stuff to reply to. G3njii's character is looking good, no problems there.

I don't remember ever saying anything about making a Jonin. I have a terrible memory though so it could have happened. I can make one if we need. I say give it a little more time though and see if somebody else wants it.

As for Fire Bending, gonna have to say no. Its way too OP now that I think about it. 

UNLESS you were to add some major weaknesses to it. Such as taking massive amounts of chakra and burning the user. Then it could be something your character was working on but only used as a last resort or something.
