Being that pretty much all abilities in Naruto derive from Chakra, were firebending to be brought over it would likely be a form of jutsu in which the user uses chakra to mold the fire release element. This would take considerable chakra and chakra control. So regardless of anything, any power that would be brought to the naruto world would need to be converted to use Chakra in some way. You can leave it and adjust the concept to be used with your Chakra as a jutsu or something along those lines. It would still be counter by water and enhanced by wind as per Naruto rules and stuff. Or you can take it out. You're choice.
