The only time I may post anything food related on facebook is if it is an insanely odd thing (Like a poutine burger). The vast majority of what I do is take up in facebook groups (which varies from spam like activities, talking about games, debating and organizing gaming sessions), use it to organize events (such as when a party or d&d session is happening) or share something with friends that I find particularly interesting. What you get from facebook is honestly hugely dependent on who you add and the communities you choose to get involved with.
