Furthermore about that charity thing. It was nice of Nessie to give up her share for a greater cause.....it's just that money doesn't go to children in need like some would want to believe. Rather, the harsh truth was city officials, including that shit-bag Richter, end up pocketing the cash and making off like thieves, while the indigent and starving children of the city....are left to suffer a bleak and miserable existence.....one such as Nora had endured when she was a child....
