Kijani winced as she felt the power leave her. It wasn't that it had hurt, but it felt like a piece of her was just missing. Like it had been when she was 11... she just couldn't feel her powers anymore. It was disconcerting, to say the least. "Hey, Connor, I'll see you in class. Mr. Xavier, I'll see you Wednesday as usual." She left the room and jogged lightly on her way to class, feeling a little strange, like her body wasn't hers. She came in and settled in the back.
